Shipping Policy

At Niigo, we strive to ensure that all products and parcels reach their destinations safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver items across our e-commerce and parcel-sending services.

E-commerce Orders

a. Shipping Methods
  1. Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days (within major cities)
  2. Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations (cutoff: 12 PM)
  3. Scheduled Delivery: Choose a delivery date/time (when supported)
b. Shipping Coverage
  1. We deliver across Ghana.
  2. For remote areas, delivery may take longer than usual or may not be available—our team will notify you.
c. Shipping Fees
  1. Shipping fees vary based on item size, delivery location, and delivery speed.
  2. Fees are shown at checkout before payment confirmation.
d. Tracking Orders
  • Customers will receive a tracking ID or can monitor progress directly through the Niigo app under My Orders.
 
e. Failed Delivery Attempts
  1. We make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
  2. If unsuccessful, the item may be returned to the vendor and a rescheduling or restocking fee may apply.

Parcel Sending

a. Booking & Pickup
  1. Parcel pickups are done within 1–3 hours of booking (in service areas).
  2. You can schedule pickup in the app with preferred time windows.
b. Delivery Time
  1. Same-day delivery within city limits.
  2. Next-day or 1–3 day delivery for inter-city or long-distance parcels.
c. Parcel Weight & Size Limits
  1. Standard parcel weight: up to 20kg.
  2. Oversized or special parcels may incur additional charges or require special handling.
d. Restricted Items
  1. We do not ship hazardous materials, flammable items, weapons, or illegal substances.
  2. Food and medical items may be subject to inspection or require proper packaging.
e. Tracking & Notifications
  1. Real-time delivery tracking is available in the Niigo app.
  2. Customers and recipients will receive SMS/app updates on status (Accepted, In Transit, Delivered).

Delivery Timelines

  1. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
  2. Niigo will communicate delays via push notifications, SMS, or email.
